Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Waghade Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Number Quest: Math Puzzles mobile application (the "App") available on Google Play. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

None. The App has no login, account, registration, or contact form. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or similar personal information. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use them only to reply to you.

Information stored on your device

Your gameplay data — such as puzzle progress, coins, hints, unlocked themes, statistics, achievements, and settings — is saved locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data.

Information collected and shared through advertising

The App is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK included in the App automatically collects the following information and shares it with Google, and through Google's ad services with Google's advertising partners:

• Your IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate location, such as your city or region. The App does not collect your precise location;
• Device and account identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and the app set ID;
• App and ad interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad or video views;
• Diagnostic information about how the App and the ads SDK perform, such as app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage;
• General device information (model, operating system version, language, coarse region).

We do not receive your advertising identifier or IP address in a way that identifies you personally. We see only aggregated AdMob reports, such as how many ads were shown.

2. How Information Is Used

• Advertising: to display advertisements (including rewarded and interstitial ads) within the App, to measure ad performance, and to limit how often the same ad is shown;
• Analytics: to measure how the App and its ads perform and to diagnose technical problems;
• Fraud prevention and security: to help detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the advertising system;
• App functionality (on your device only): to keep your game progress and preferences available on your device.

The App contains no in-app purchases. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone other than Google for the advertising purposes described above.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads — advertising. See Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
• Google Play Services — required to distribute and run the App on Android.

4. Advertising and Your Choices

The App is not distributed in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and it does not show an in-app advertising consent request. You can control ad personalization and tracking on your device:

• Reset, delete, or limit your advertising ID: on Android, open Settings › Privacy › Ads or Settings › Google › Ads (the exact path depends on your device) to reset or delete your advertising ID, or to opt out of ad personalization.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Game data stays on your device until you delete it, by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. Doing either removes it permanently.
• We do not operate our own servers and do not store personal data about you, so we hold no personal data that we could delete on request.
• Data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is retained and deleted by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time (see Section 4), and you can manage data held by Google through Google's privacy controls.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 is using the App and that data has been collected, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the CCPA (California), India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or other applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. Because we do not hold account-based or server-side personal data about you, you can exercise most choices directly on your device (see Section 4). Requests concerning data held by Google should be directed to Google using their privacy tools. You are also welcome to contact us with any privacy question.

8. Data Security

Data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. Your game data stays on your device and is protected by your device's own security. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Users

The App is available in multiple regions, but is not distributed in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Advertising services provided by Google may process data in countries other than your own, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
